Why do we call ourselves MetaView? ​

Because we are our customers’ MetaView! We are the partner that provides an  outside in view of our clients (who sees everything they may not be able see themselves). In that context, we deliver passionate insights, methodology and continuous engagement that help our clients transform.​

​Meta is also the name of Facebook’s new parent company, which will profile the Metaverse, a fusion of meta and universe, referring to an overarching reality on the web.​

What is your role at MetaView? Do you have a special focus area within MetaView?
As one of the founders of MetaView I am both Program Architect and work on daily basis with consulting, training, coaching and our worldwide programs and deliveries.

What are your strengths as a consultant? 
I have built up a strong understanding about business and technology. It allows me to work with clients on a strategic, tactical, and operational level at the same time which ensures a thorough business alignment and integration of our enablement programs.

What can your clients expect to gain from your training and coaching?
They can expect high return of involvement and investment. A part of our DNA is that our work always is in a business context combined with brutal honesty and transparency. We are highly demanding and passionate about customer success.

How will your clients business benefit from your sales enablement programs – now and in the future?
I could use a lot of words here. But let me make it short and sweet. They will get more business and higher value deals. Be better strategic positioned with their clients and achieve higher NPS scores. And obtain a better customer first culture and stronger teamwork.

Because the market and how to do business is in transformation. Customers need to change the way they think, design, and sell.

What is your role at MetaView? Do you have a special focus area within MetaView?

My role is to help customers in Spain and Latin America improve their commercial effectiveness and reach their business outcomes. 

What are your strengths as a consultant?

Well, first of all, extensive experience from more than 15 years as a business consultant helping customers from different sectors: IT, Consumer Electronics, Pharma and Retail to grow their businesses. 

I would also like to add strong listening and analytical skills to understand customer goals, challenges, and needs (customer Why´s). A solid customer empathy to connect with different Customer Personas. Substantial communication skills to ensure the customers understands the value of my recommendations and know how to implement them.

What can your clients expect to gain from your training and coaching, and how will your client’s business benefit from your sales enablement programs – now and in future?

First of all, Metaview’s training and coaching programs are designed for each customer-specific context or reality and focus on the “how to do”, and implement new concepts, ideas and tools. 

The Attendees get useful and practical easy to implement ideas and recommendations on how to improve their commercial effectiveness and reach their business outcomes.

Why is it important for your clients to attend the MetaView universe and learn the skills and way of thinking now?

I am a sports lover or perhaps even close to being a sports addict. I practice lots of sports like running, mountain biking, tennis, skiing, hiking, and sailing. To be honest, I am not good at any of them, but I have lots of fun trying them all.

What are your strengths as a consultant?

I think and act in the Clients world with Industry verticals expertise, delivering a global perspective and enabling their local execution. I am a HPE Certified Sales Trainer, Aruba Certified Sales Trainer, Microsoft Azure Certified and Design Thinking Expert. I am born curious and I will leave this world curious.

What can your clients expect to gain from your training and coaching?

Well, first of all they must prepare to be challenged. In my world we never ever stop learning!

Well, how much space do I have? I survived the 1979 Fastnet ocean race (A 605-mile yachting race held generally every two years since 1925, which in 1979 ended in a fatal storm), flew a plane to Dakar and saved my family from an 7,2 Earthquake and worked peacefully for Hewlett Packard for 25 years.
